Refund And Cancellation Policy

Returns/Replacements

Our primary objective is your complete satisfaction when you shop with airtee.in. Therefore, we offer a 7-Day return window from the date of delivery. In the event that you are dissatisfied with a product, we will gladly accept your return/replacement request, provided that the product remains unused and is in the same condition as when it was delivered. We recommend carefully reviewing all deal details before making your purchase, as they contain important information about the product or service you are acquiring. Our customers have the freedom to return or replace an order, depending on the product.


What are the return and exchange guidelines?


Before initiating a return or exchange request through the airtee.in platform, please ensure that the product you wish to return or exchange meets the following criteria:

It must be in its original condition, including all packaging such as the brand/manufacturer's box or packaging, tags, warranty cards, and other accessories.

It must not be damaged while in your possession.

It must be unused, unwashed, free from stains, and with unaltered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (where applicable).

It must not have been used or altered.

It must match the product that was originally delivered to you.

It must be returned within the specified return window, as indicated on the product detail page.


Mode of Refund

Receive your refund in your airtee.in wallet as soon as the product reaches us (fastest).

Refund through the original payment method for all prepaid orders.

Refund to your bank account for Cash on Delivery orders.

Refund Timing


Once airtee.in initiates the refund, it may take the following time to be credited to your bank account. If your refund is delayed, please contact us at support@airtee.in.


UPI: 1 day

Net Banking: 1-4 days

Credit Card: 1 to 7 days

Debit Card: 7 to 10 days


Cancellations

Please be aware that certain orders may be ineligible for acceptance and must be canceled. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel orders for various reasons. Situations leading to order cancellation may include limited quantities available for purchase or inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.


You can cancel an order before it has been shipped from our warehouse. Once an order has been shipped, we will need to process the cancellation with our logistics partners, which may take about 24 hours. In some cases, delivery attempts may also be made.


After an order has been delivered, we follow our return policy to determine further actions.


Please note that any return or replacement requests made after the 7-Day return period will not be entertained.

(i) Any fraud or malpractice committed by the user and detected by airtee.in at any time.


(ii) For any other reason that airtee.in deems appropriate.
